and access programs for Least Developed Countries.
In order to process your request and application

regarding your proposed program including, but not

our Web site unless you specifically provide it
to us through a form or via e-mail.

Axios does not ask for, and you should not submit,
any information with respect to individual patients
or the practice of physicians. You are solely responsible
for ensuring that you do not submit any such information
or any other information that may be subject to
confidentiality restrictions or privacy rights.
Axios and the pharmaceutical companies shall assume
that the information submitted by you through this
Web site or on any application is not subject to
third party confidentiality restrictions or the
privacy rights of any individual.
Use of the Information We Collect from You
The information you voluntarily provide in your
application or request form or via e-mail allows
Axios expert reviewers or the pharmaceutical company
you designated to evaluate your application, contact
you for questions, or help you with your application.
Any information that you provide on this Web site
will be shared only with Axios and the pharmaceutical
company to which your institution is applying. Neither
Axios nor the designated pharmaceutical company
will share your personally identifiable information
with third-party partners without your permission.
Aggregate Data
We use aggregate application data, with identifying
information removed, to do statistical analyses
and present the results at scientific sessions of
medical meetings, etc.. When aggregate information
is provided, we pool it from many individual applications
and strip it of any data that could be used to identify
an individual or institution before it is used.
Any third party that receives aggregated data must
agree not to attempt to re-identify the people or
institutions it belongs to.
IP Address
We use your IP address—the number that identifies
your server—to help diagnose problems with our own
server, to administer our Web site, and to gather

data centers or hosted by third parties who have
entered into agreements with us that require them

Data Integrity
This Web site has security and backup measures

treatment programs in resource-challenged settings
in developing countries. Applications are reviewed
by the panel. Reviewers agree to abide by the terms
of this privacy policy and are trained in all Axios
security policies and procedures.
