Axios International manages the application process on behalf of
Boehringer Ingelheim and is available for assistance throughout the process. An
application
form should be completed.
Once your form is complete and has been signed and
submitted to Axios, it will be reviewed by
independent experts. Either your programme will be
recommended to Boehringer Ingelheim to receive the
product right away, or additional clarification will be required.
Once your application is approved, Axios will send you a shipping sheet with the exact quantities to be shipped. For more on shipping, please click here. To request re-supply, a progress report must be completed.
